Finally got around to posting some pages from the new sketchbook. I think the attractiveness of the cover is partially responsible for the increased amount of sketching I've been doing. The leather is wearing quite nicely. I'm quite fond of the paper these sketchbooks use. It's rather versatile; accepting both watercolor and graphite with ease.
It was well worth the effort. Receiving looks of approval and thumbs-up from fellow riders of the C train as I shlepped this gargantuan back to the apartment.
Went to the (Hell's Kitchen) flea market today. Found this wonderful English doctor's bag. Relatively good condition, considering its age. I couldn't say no.
