It's a miracle that there are any left. These were baked for the last drawing class of the year. I've only made them once before and I had help making the curd, so I was a little apprehensive about how they'd turn out with me solely at the helm. It seems to me that they're every bit as good as the first batch. Taken during an espresso break on a rainy monday afternoon.
